• __continue to assign LIV subject headings__
  • when finish a batch, notify Mark/Kurt for upload
• check for duplicate metadata records/reports
• identify & capture reports
• check current list of CRS sources
• print .xls of completed subject headings

 

CyberCemetery

• decide on tentative site-level metadata
• begin capturing CC metadata in spreadsheet
• check out ACIR bibliography & determine if it's still useful
• talk to dpu gang about using heritrix
  • ask Mark specifically about the Return to Flight site harvest

 

General

• reschedule Circulation training with Mary Ann
• look at Circ Manual on Erika's desk
• look through previous notes/QA from Mark
• discuss uploading/metadata/heritrix with Mark
• ask Nancy, Dreanna, or Ann to see UNTL-BS widget
• ask Nancy or Daniel which qualifier I should use in DC Title field for related, typo, etc.
• should I use DC Relation for reports which are updates of previous reports?
• look over NDIIP docs and begin making comments
• note any specific areas I'd like training on; email Valerie
• finish census/NDIIP wiki notes
• backup and print wiki docs
• print and file metadata notes, end-of-week reports
• find form for waiving class fees for fac/staff
  • email to Valerie
• read about webpacPro testing
  • Valerie will fwd msg from Betty
