Another fantastic addition would be if we could find a reading of "To His Coy Mistress" by Andrew Marvell. That poem runs throughout the book as part of the love theme. There are 11 versions here: http://librivox.org/to-his-coy-mistress-by-andrew-marvell/ ...one read by a male would be preferable.
There's at least one more classical song needed (some tango played by violin, but I forget the song/composer), and there are a couple of other vague ideas I have, but I'll have to wait until I get my book back from my friend and look up specific chapters.
On the punk side of things, if there are any songs by the represented artists that mention Chicago (where the book takes place), that would be a good choice.
