TLA 2007 Call for Papers

 

"Strong Libraries, Strong Communities"

April 11 - 14, 2007

San Antonio

finished paper due: December 5, 2006 (12am)

 

The TLA 2007 Annual Conference Program Planning Committee seeks contributed papers for the annual conference in San Antonio, April 11-14. The theme for the conference is Strong Libraries: Strong Communities. Of particular interest are papers addressing the topics of advocacy, diversity, collaboration, education, or democracy. However, we will gladly accept contributed papers on any topic.

 

Share your ideas with colleagues by describing projects and/or research in a paper that can be presented in a 20-minute time period. Presenters must register for the conference.

 

Use this online proposal form to describe the content of the paper you would like to present at the 2007 conference. An abstract of approximately 150 words will be requested. We recommend that you prepare this in a text file from which you can cut and paste when completing the form. Deadline for submission is 12 midnight CDT, Tuesday, October 10, 2006.

 

The finished paper – due by 12 midnight CDT, Monday, December 5, 2006 – may be sent as an email attachment to:
