Coming up with Ideas/Creativity

It's a common misconception that you have to be born with some artistic spark (usually associated with drawing) to be creative.  I cannot count the number of times that, upon finding that I am an artist, someone replies, "Oh wow, I can't even draw a stick figure!"  Drawing ability has very little to do with talent and everything to do with practice--and creativity is the same.
