current thoughts:

• merge COC and Elections Com. into one standing committee
• odd # of members to facilitate voting
• evaluate membership of each, particularly in light of concerns about conflict of interest on Ex. Com.
• Pat will work on adding the Community Service Committee to the bylaws as a standing committee
