Items to be Reshelved by Staff

(in Map Room)

• Texas maps
• Reserve items
• Anything in the vertical files
  • (Texas Geologic Atlas guide books, missing pages, CIA (PREX) maps)

If you are working the desk and one of these items is returned to you then you are responsible for reshelving it. If you cannot take a moment away from the desk to reshelve it then you can do it at the end of your desk shift.

Further Reminder

The items on the reshelving truck by our service desk and the box for microfiche on our service desk are for materials to be counted as part of our circulation statistics.
