Julia Butterfly Hill (JBH) Contract Update

  • contract will be faxed and signed today
    • then we can really start publicity
  • asked for tree planting at 3pm

    • asked for two archival copies of presentation

    • negotiating length of time we are allowed to broadcast

Publicity

  • set up proxy rights for these committee members in Google calendar
  • need webmaster (doesn't have to attend meetings)
    • currently, Bobby and Starr will share this responsibility
  • website is designed; currently needs content

 

Graphics Team

  • would be good to have logo finished soon to put on fundraising materials (also website)
  • Starr will work with Bobby as webmaster for the site

 

Community Program Partnerships

  • Sue has several ideas about activities
    • 2 JBH documentaries (@ Movie Tavern?)
