  • a website suspected of being emminently removed or changed due to:
    • later edits of material on the website
    • a website with material that frequently changes
    • website for an agency or commission that is now or soon-to-be defunct
    • website which has been untended for some time and is suspected to be no longer active (and may therefore be decommissioned at any time)
