• created web stat reports and narrative reports about CyberCemetery and CRS for local and national media (WBAP, KERA, NPR, LISnews.org, Washington Post)
• Liaison to Philosophy Dept.
• Identified and captured new CyberCemetery content
• Developed CyberCemetery site-level metadata schema and created metadata (created input rules and guide)
• regularly identify, capture, classify, and upload CRS reports
• reviewed/charted CRS workflow
• charted other dept. workflows in which I am involved (for dept. review)
• ran test searches on CRS site to determine metadata and search function problems
• created documents for CRS Metadata Entry Standards and CRS Name Authority, based on edits/reconciliation made using the Metadata Analysis Tool (in order to keep the entry of names standard)
• Manage the A-Z Digitization project
• Documented the process of A-Z Digitization
• oversaw GovDocs end of new digital projects: FCC Record, Texas Reports, A-Z Digitization
• determined what ACIR metadata to capture (created input rules and guide)
• regularly read professional articles and blog posts related to librarianship, government documents, digitization, and emerging technologies
• subscribed to GovDoc-L, Maps-L, TX-FED, FLDP-Listserv
• create icons, thumbnails, and descriptions for GovDoc items and collections in UNT's Digital Library System
• investigated IM reference service
• commented (with rest of dept.) on MMDL web architecture redesign process
