ERIC Records:
- Part 1 title:
- Safe Streets Reconsidered: The Block Grant Experience 1968-1975. The Intergovernmental Grant System: An Assessment and Proposed Policies.
- ERIC #: ED147704
- Part 2 title:
- Safe Streets Reconsidered: The Block Grant Experience 1968-1975. Case Studies.
- ERIC #: ED147705
Specific Problems:
- How do we make rules about creating this title from all the different elements?
- recommend that metadata creator look up OCLC / ERIC records (look for a standard title there)?
- simply deal with each as a separate problem as it comes up (not set any hard rules; treat each as an exception)?
- won't work well if there are a lot of these multiple-volume documents
- use exactly what appears in the UNT OPAC record, and add specific volume information in notes field?
- problem: the titles for multiple volumes will appear the same in the DLS results list
